Our Domestic Abuse project continues to evolve and grow – especially in this time of growing violence against women trapped at home with their partners. Not only do our partners offer refuge spaces, safety plans, sound advice and a befriending service, we have now expanded our support phonelines with DA survivors to offer friendly, community-based advice and support.
And recognising that sometimes, you may find yourself in a position where you might not be able to call for help, we provide additional support in the form of a simple safety plan.
Above all – try to stay safe and if you need to get out, don’t be afraid – YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
