We’re IN UR CNR!

Brinnington Big Local is supporting The Thread and Life Leisure in bringing a new Health and Wellbeing project to Brinnington Leisure Centre: IN UR CNR is a new approach to non-contact boxing that uses a 12-week programme to encourage you to learn new skills, to make friends and improve both their mind and body.
