Since Day One, leaving s legacy for the youth of Brinnington has always been part of our priorities and the Big Local Committee is proud to announce that our own youth committee has been launched – giving the young people of this community a voice and a hand in our future projects.
Leading the team will be Kaya Dillon (above), who has been the loudest voice calling for the creation of a Big Local youth group. And because here at BBL we believe that no good deed goes unpunished, she was the first name we thought of then the opportunity to launch the Little Big Local arose.
This month, Kaya will be assembling her team, with an eye on holding their first meeting before the end of August.
